Nestled in Brinnon, a small town on the west side of the Hood Canal, you’ll find giant rhododendrons, sprays of wysteria, and rainbows of azaleas at Whitney Gardens. Unlike many typical nurseries, Whitney Gardens features fully grown plants on well landscaped acreage, so you can decide on purchasing a smaller version at their nursery. Take a stroll through this wonderland of a garden between March and November, and lose yourself for awhile amongst the endless blooms. If you enjoy gardens at all, you’ll be glad you came.
