John Wayne Marina is one of Sequim’s best kept secrets. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy an evening stroll with your dog, or go on a picnic with your kids. This is one of the only semi-rural areas that is lit at night, so you can walk safely at any time. Sequim Bay (where the marina is located) is also an extremely well protected area, so it is ideal for kayaking or long boarding, or playing in the water with your kids. The marina can get a bit busy on very hot days, but apart from that, you should have no trouble parking here.
